Hayes Performance Systems is pleased to announce that, for a second year in a row, CEO & President Phil Malliet has been recognized by Titan 100 as one of the 100 notable executives in Wisconsin. The Titan 100 program distinguishes an area’s most accomplished business and non-profit leaders in their industry by demonstrated vision, passion, and exceptional leadership. Phil was recognized alongside industry titans from Wisconsin in Milwaukee on January 18. Upon the receiving the nomination, Phil noted, “I’m honored to have received this honor from Titan 100 yet again. This success is only possible because of the team I’ve built around me, which I consider one of my greatest business successes.”
Phil celebrated his success surrounded by his family and his fellow titans of industry at the Fiserv Forum. Reflecting on his second year as a Titan, which the evening celebrated, Phil remarked, “This past year brought specific challenges to our company and the markets we serve, but with the thoughtful counsel of our management team, our company made key operational adjustments – including the successful acquisition of ACI Industries – to poise Hayes Performance Systems for continued growth and success in 2024 and beyond. Sometimes it is necessary to take a short-term hit for a mid-term benefit and long-term growth. Later this year and next we will see the impact it has on the company.”
To be chosen as a Titan 100, nominees must live and work in Wisconsin, hold a C-Level title at a business founded before 2021, and generate a minimum of $1MM in revenue annually. Most importantly, nominees must demonstrate specific and tangible contributions to their company’s progress through distinguished, effective leadership.
