Tim has over 20 years of experience in human resources and experience with multi-state, multi-country strategic HR in the U.S. and Canada. His expertise includes labor relations, compensation, recruitment, Lean manufacturing, and more. As a leader at Hayes, Tim helps foster an environment where team members can succeed and see the impact they have in building the business.

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in management & business communications at Concordia University-Wisconsin, where he later obtained his Master of Business Administration in human resources Management. Outside the office, Tim enjoys golfing and camping with his wife, as well as spending time with their dog.
